MEDITERRANEAN DIET CAUGHT JAPAN'S ATTENTION

Colegio San José welcomed a Japanese Delegation, Dr. Ruiz Liso and several Caja Rural de Soria representatives. All were interested in the activities revolving around the Mediterranean Diet in our school. Ana Lorente, former student, also attended as ambassador of Colegio San José in the 5th International Youth Meeting of Intangible Heritage of Mankind.

They took a tour around the school to see how classrooms have transformed according to the Mediterranean Diet. Students performed a few songs for them and then they were shown a documentary that summarised most of the activities carried out since our school was granted the title "primer centro de la Dieta y Cultura Mediterránea, by Fundación Científica de la Caja Rural de Soria.

At the end, students had the chance to make questions and know more about the Mediterranean Diet.
