Students at Colegio SanJosé -3rd year ESO-, carried out comprehensive analysis on the biological aspects of diet and activity.

The analysis was not only a great way to learn the specific aspects of the area but also gave the students a first hand knowledge of the connection between food and energy and how the latter is released through various activities. In the light of the results, we might think twice before wolfing down that XXL hamburger.
